Every gift supports the overall goal of the Live 5 Rise and Shine Summer Food Drive and helps ensure local children have consistent access to the nutritious food they need.

During the summer, when free and reduced-priced school meals are no longer available, many children lose access to reliable breakfasts and lunches. In fact, 1 in 6 children in our community experiences food insecurity.

Local families who experience food insecurity now face the challenge to fill that meal gap while school is out. Your support helps us meet our neighbors where they are and ensures children and families have access to the nourishment they need to thrive!
