I am fundraising and walking to honor my mom who lost her battle with lung cancer on May 16th of this year. She fought for 2 and 1/2 years with such grace and strength. She lived a year and a half past her initial prognosis. We were fortunate enough to participate in this event last year and have my mom present so participating again this year is even more special getting to walk in honor of her.
