In 2023, our family lost our beloved mother, Mary Jo, to lung cancer. She was a loving mother, grandmother, family member, and friend whose kindness, strength, and love touched everyone who knew her.

Mary Jo faced her cancer journey with remarkable courage and grace. Even during the most difficult days, she continued to put others first, offering encouragement, laughter, and love to those around her. Her strength inspired us, and her memory continues to guide us every day.

We created Miles for Mary Jo to honor her life and legacy while supporting the fight against lung cancer. Every step we take in the Run/Walk is taken in her memory and for the countless families whose lives have been affected by this disease.
