This year, I will be participating as a runway model in the 2026 Runway For Hope show at Holiday Inn by the Bay. The Runway for Hope is a runway-model fundraiser that raises money for breast cancer awareness, featuring an inspiring group of runway models who are all breast cancer survivors. Being chosen out of so many incredible women is truly an honor. While stepping onto a runway pushes me far outside my comfort zone (and honestly terrifies me), I’m also incredibly excited and proud to represent this cause in such a bold and meaningful way.

My breast cancer journey has been an overwhelming, life-changing, and ultimately empowering journey — one that has shown me the importance of strong support systems, early detection, research, and self advocacy. I’m raising funds for the New England Breast Cancer Alliance, whose work directly supports patients and advances research that gives people like me a fighting chance. I’m passionate about this cause not only because it impacts so many lives, but because it has personally shaped mine in ways I never imagined.

Every donation — big or small — brings us closer to better treatments, more hope, and a future where fewer people have to hear the words “you have breast cancer.”
