Boys & Girls Clubs of Mercer County provides young people ages 5-18, with educational, social, and recreational activities. Our programs, offered after school and over the summer, focus on combatting the education gap and teaching youth to develop social and leadership skills. Our mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens.

Build a Breath: Exploring the Lungs- An interactive activity in which participants will learn about the lungs and respiratory system by building their own lung models.
Connected Car - What will the car of the future look like? Learn how AT&T’s Mobility Solutions are shaping the future of transportation by enhancing navigation, safety, and the overall driving experience.  
Cyber Attack! - Think you’ve got what it takes to outsmart hackers? Team up with IT pros to explore cyber-attacks and learn how to protect against them!  
Design Engineering- Explore the career field of Design Engineering and Architecture while designing your ideal bedroom.  
Electricity + Magnets = Electromagnetism - Ever wonder how a race car’s speedometer works or how a roller coaster stops? Come learn about electromagnetism- the fundamental force behind these inventions.
Geophysical Fluid Dynamics: The How and Why of Ocean Circulation- Discover how ocean water moves as it warms and cools under the influence of Earth's rotation.

NASA IMAP - Explore the groundbreaking IMAP mission! Investigate how energetic particles are accelerated and how the solar wind interacts with interstellar gas and dust—complete with a hands-on project.  
Phytoplankton:  The Jewels of the Delaware - Explore the tiny but mighty world of phytoplankton! Learn about their diversity in the Delaware River and their important role in the food chain while collecting and examining real samples.   
Signals to Victory: Code Talkers and Radio Technology- November is National Native American Heritage Month! Learning about radio technology and the unbreakable codes Native Americans developed and transmitted to help the Allied Forces win World War II.
