As most know this great cause is not only benefiting other children and their families, but it is also helping our family as well !

Blake was diganosed with Medullary Thyroid Cancer at just 8 years old and he went through extensive surgery and fought some tough battles. He will need lifelong monitoring and on and off treatment. He is truly one of the most resilient kiddos we know! Cancer will loom over Blake for the rest of his life. But this does not stop Blake from doing what he loves most, which of course is baseball, video games and just hanging with his friends and being with his family !!

Candelighters has been there with us from the beginning of diagnoses and we could not do it without their support! They are a tremendous help, especially to get us the specialized care he needs with doctors out of state that have experience in Blakes rare diagnoses. 

 Last year we raised over $1,000 and hoping for a greater comeback this year ! If you cant join the race please considering donating for a great cause !!!
