SHINE A LIGHT
In a few weeks, I’ll be running the Chicago Marathon with a purpose that goes far beyond the finish line. I’m proud to be running in support of Erika’s Lighthouse, an organization dedicated to mental health education and suicide prevention for young people. Their work helps students recognize when they or someone they care about may be struggling, break down the stigma around mental health, and know that it’s okay to ask for help.
Training for a marathon takes months of commitment, but the impact of a donation can last so much longer. Every contribution helps Erika’s Lighthouse reach more young people with the message that they are not alone and that their mental health matters.
