Support My Fundraising Efforts

I ran my first half marathon in 2023 after my 40th birthday. Since then I've run 15 more, with my 17th half marathon on the schedule at the end of August. I've now run 11 of the 50 states and one in Mexico this last spring! I am currently training to run my 2nd Abbot World Majors marathon in Chicago with Erika's Lighthouse. It's already been a bit of a wild ride. Just before the 16 week minimum recommended training started I finally received doctor's approval to train. As is turns out there is more to keeping healthy while training than just eating protein. I'm already extremely grateful with every training run, and am looking forward to a great race this October! Your contribution not only supports me in my running endeavors, but supports a very worthwhile cause. Erika's Lighthouse provides the leading depression education and suicide prevention curriculum in the U.S. It’s easy for busy educators to implement and is 100% free. Fundraise with me as I empower students with a lifeline for a lifetime!
