Miles for Mental Health

I am running the Chicago Marathon to raise awareness and support for Erika’s Lighthouse. Depression and suicide have affected both my life and my family, shaping who I am and why this cause matters so much. I am proud to support an organization that promotes education, awareness, and early support. I am honored to run in support of Erika’s Lighthouse, an incredible organization that provides the leading depression education and suicide prevention curriculum in the United States.

Their program empowers students with the knowledge and tools they need to understand mental health, ask for help, and support one another. Best of all, their curriculum is 100% free and easy for educators to implement, ensuring it reaches as many young people as possible.

By fundraising for Erika’s Lighthouse, I hope to help give students a lifeline for a lifetime. Thank you for supporting this meaningful cause and for standing with me in the fight against depression and suicide.
