CGT Runs the MRT

Help me tackle my biggest challenge yet while supporting a mental health cause close to my heart. Erika's Lighthouse provides the leading depression education and suicide prevention curriculum in the U.S. It’s easy for educators, community leaders, and citizens to implement and is 100% free. Fundraise with me as I empower students and faculty to better identify those struggling with their mental health and empower suicide prevention efforts in our community.

Erika’s Lighthouse is a non-profit organization that believes that every student should have the knowledge and tools they need to care for their mental health. We’re proud to provide our high-quality, comprehensive depression education and suicide prevention curriculum to school districts across the country, at zero cost. Every student. Every classroom. Every school. 

Every dollar you give helps to support and expand this program, increasing suicide awareness and reducing overall rates of suicide in youth, a statistic that continues to soar. Those who know me know this is a cause dear to my heart and one that I plan to carry with me not just through the 26.2 miles of the Chicago Marathon, but throughout the rest of my life.
