I’ve spent my entire career working with kids and one thing I’ve seen over and over again is how important it is for young people to have access to strong mental health support. That’s why I’m proud to be running in support of an organization dedicated to providing mental health resources to students who need them most.
Training for a marathon isn’t just physical—it’s mental. It’s about showing up on the hard days, pushing through discomfort and staying committed even when motivation fades. I chose this goal because I want to build resilience and discipline in my own life and to model what it looks like to keep going when something matters.
