Erika’s Lighthouse is a non-profit organization that believes that every student should have the knowledge and tools they need to care for their mental health. They provide a high-quality, comprehensive depression and suicide prevention curriculum to school districts across the country, at zero cost.
About Me
As a school adjustment counselor, I work with teens experiencing depression every day, and I see firsthand how vital education, early intervention, and compassion are in helping young people feel seen and supported. I believe all youth deserve access to mental health resources and the opportunity to feel like their best, most hopeful selves. With every mile I run, I’m honoring the strength of the young people I work with and helping shine a light on teen depression.
