Erika’s Lighthouse provides the leading depression education and suicide prevention curriculum in the U.S. It’s easy for educators to implement and is 100% free. Fundraise with me as I empower students with a lifeline for a lifetime. This organization is deeply personal to me because my work and my education are centered on supporting students’ mental health. I see how many young people are carrying more than they know how to name, often in silence. Right now, the need for honest conversations, early intervention, and accessible support has never felt more urgent. This run matters now because students need to know they are not alone—and that there are people willing to show up, speak up, and keep going for them. Every mile I run is for the students who are struggling, and for the hope that reaching them sooner can truly save lives.

Erika’s Lighthouse is a non-profit organization that believes that every student should have the knowledge and tools they need to care for their mental health. We’re proud to provide our high-quality, comprehensive depression education and suicide prevention curriculum to school districts across the country, at zero cost. Every student. Every classroom.
