Support Youth Mental Health, One Mile at a Time

This September 2026, I’m running the Berlin Marathon with Team Resilience for a cause I care deeply about: Erika’s Lighthouse, a nonprofit focused on mental health education and suicide prevention for students.

They give students real tools and support to understand depression and build resilience early on, which feels more important than ever right now.

Training for 26.2 miles is no small thing, but it’s nothing compared to what so many young people are navigating every day. This is bigger than a race for me. I’m proud to run for something that matters and help more students get access to the support they need.
