Mental health has always been deeply personal to me. Through middle school, I struggled with depression and anxiety, and I know how isolating that experience can be. That's why I'm running for Erika's Lighthouse, a non-profit that provides free, comprehensive depression education and suicide prevention curriculum to school districts across the country.
