I'm raising money for the 2026 Chicago Marathon on Behalf of the Unite 2 Fight Paralysis Organization
I’m thrilled to be participating in the 2026 Bank of America Chicago Marathon in October 2026, and will be fundraising on behalf of the Unite 2 Fight Paralysis (U2FP) organization! Every donation—big or small—helps me reach my fundraising goal and directly impacts this important cause.
Here's how you can help:
- Donate: Contribute whatever you can. No amount is too small!
- Spread the Word: Share my fundraising page with your friends, family, and social networks. Help spread awareness so we can raise more!
I look forward to participating in the 2026 Chicago Marathon, my third ever full marathon, and a race that exemplifies the city of Chicago. It will be an incredible day filled with great energy, runners' high, a little plain, and family and friends most of all. This race is exciting to me because it will be my first marathon since fall 2022, and while I'm no longer racing for a specific time perse, I can't wait to be on the course and soak in the energy of Chicago and the sport of running.
While I'm fortunate to be able to participate in good health, I recognize there are many folks in the world who face paralysis and other mobility-related issues that prevent them from living a life in the outdoors or in competitive activities. I am raising money on behalf of the U2FP organization to play a small part in helping those presented with such obstacles, and help the broader paralysis community come one step closing to finding cures or other treatments, and inspire those through running in the Chicago Marathon!
Thank you all for your support in advance!

Why I Chose U2FP
I chose to run on behalf of the U2FP organization for the 2026 Chicago Marathon because of the organization's long history of partnership with the Chicago marathon, and because of the mission of the organization, quality of the leadership team, and success and track record to date in helping to fund critical legislation and medical research to develop solutions to alleviate the and one day solve the challenges those with mobility and other paralysis related diagosnis face. While I have been fortunate to not have anyone in my life or that I love directly impacted by mobility issues, I recognize that many of us do. Living a life of adventure, fitness, and all around mobility through my favorite hobbies and activities such as hiking, cycling, and running have allowed me to make incredible memories and provide balance in my life through enjoying the outdoors. I am grateful to be able to partake in these activities, and through getting to know the U2FP team, I have only become more grateful due to the obstacles those with paralysis face, including those in leadership positions at U2FP. The U2FP team is made up of dedicated, passionate and resilient folks, and I am honored to have the opportunity to raise money for their cause, and partake in the 2026 BofA Chicago Marathon.
