In 2018, my life changed when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. In those early, uncertain days, I was lucky enough to find Wellness House right away. They became my anchor. After completing my chemotherapy treatments, I crossed a major milestone by participating in my very first Walk for Wellness House in 2019.

Since then, I haven’t missed a single year—even during the height of COVID. I walk because Wellness House supported me through the hardest parts of my journey and has continued to be there for me long after.

My 2026 Dedication

This year, my walk is deeply personal. I am dedicating every step to my friend and fellow Lioness, Christina Michalek, who is currently facing her own courageous battle with cancer.
