As many of you know both Riley and Piper were adopted from animal shelters. I am a huge advocate for adopting/ and supporting animal shelters. Many shelters do their best but do not have the finances to help the animals without the support of all of us! Before adopting Piper she was found with a broken leg and jaw. If it wasn't for donars like you Piper may not have gotten the care she needed before coming to live with me! I've decided to be brave and run my first 5K. I’m lacing up my sneakers and hitting the pavement to support the incredible animals at the Animal Protective Foundation and I need your help!
Every step I take in this 5K is for the dogs waiting patiently for a family, the cats learning to trust again, and the countless animals who arrive scared, sick, or in need of a second chance. The Animal Protective Foundation provides shelter, medical care, nourishment, and love to animals who have nowhere else to go. They don’t just house animals. They heal them. They advocate for them. They find them homes.
