Hello Friends,

I’m excited and honored to share that I’ll be participating in the Dopey Challenge during the 2027 Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend to raise funds for the American Parkinson Disease Association.

This cause is deeply personal to me because I’m running in honor of my grandfather, Raul Rodriguez—my hero. His strength, kindness, and unwavering love for our family continue to inspire me every day. Despite facing Parkinson’s disease, he showed remarkable courage and resilience.

In January 2027, I’ll take on 48.6 miles in one weekend—a 5K, 10K, half marathon, and full marathon—in his honor. Every mile will be a tribute to the legacy he left behind.

More than a race, this journey is about honoring his memory, raising awareness for Parkinson’s disease, and supporting the individuals and families affected by it every day.
