2027 Pet Calendar Photo Contest

Have a photogenic furry friend? The Pet Calendar Photo Contest is your chance to show them off to animal lovers everywhere — and support a great cause while you're at it!

Submit your pet’s photo, rally your friends and family to vote, and they could be featured in our 2027 Pet Calendar — maybe even on the cover!

Celebrating 5 Years of Furry Fundraising

Now in its fifth year, this heartwarming fundraiser benefits the Animal Protective Foundation and the thousands of animals we care for each year. By entering your pet in the contest, you’re directly supporting our mission to protect and improve the lives of animals in our community.

We love seeing all your adorable pets and reading their stories — thank you for being part of this special tradition!

How It Works:

• Register Your Pet for just $25.

• Each registrant commits to raising a minimum of $100 in donations to support the animals in our care.

• Raise Votes: Each $1 donated = 1 vote for your pet.

• Watch your pet climb the leaderboard with every vote!

Top Prize: NEW! The pet with the most votes overall will be featured on the cover of our 2027 calendar and will win a pet portrait package with Light and Lens Studio!

  …will each receive a full month feature in the calendar.

All participants will be included in a special photo collage — just for entering!

Voting Deadline

Voting ends at 12:00 AM on May 4, 2026.
You have over three months to campaign for your pet! Any votes received after the deadline will not count toward the contest.

Photo Guidelines

To keep the calendar looking sharp, please follow these image requirements:

• High resolution (300 dpi), minimum 4MB

• Landscape (horizontal) orientation only

• Color images only (no black & white)

• Pets only — no people in photos

• One or more pets are allowed in a single image

If your photo doesn’t meet these specs, we’ll contact you to request a new one.
