At a young age, cancer's unsettling presence impacted my family when both of my grandmothers were diagnosed. Watching their health rapidly change, while my family remained a constant source of resilience and support, shaped how I recognize strength when faced with uncertainty. This perspective deepened when serving the underserved communities abroad, where access to care and support is often limited. Because of these experiences, I ride with Texas 4000 for Cancer to engage in various communities, share personal stories, and grow as a collaborative leader while actively engaging in the fight against cancer.
