The fight against cancer is not like any other struggle. It takes a committed team, personal strength, and a belief in a better future. Cancer has impacted the lives of several of my family members, and although I've been lucky enough to avoid losing a loved one to cancer, so many others are not as fortunate. I became a part of Texas 4000 for Cancer to join in the fight and support the people around me in their fights against cancer. In addition, the leadership abilities and resilience I will gain through undergoing this journey of philanthropy, development, and physical endurance will make me more motivated and able to make a positive difference wherever my next steps in life take me. Any contribution that you can make is a step toward funding groundbreaking research and strengthened support for those grappling with cancer.
