Why I Run for Team Fired Up
After completing my first marathon in January 2025, I set my sights on an even bigger goal: my first Dopey Challenge with runDisney—running a 5K, 10K, half marathon, and full marathon all in one weekend. I’m running for Team Fired Up Dragon Master because that drive to push limits mirrors the organization’s mission to take on cancer and rare diseases through collaboration, innovation, and data‑driven research. I want to help raise awareness, support patients and families, and be part of a community that believes big challenges can lead to meaningful change.
