At 81 years old I am running in my first 5k marathon. This is a Disney marathon that will be run in January 2027. I am running in support of a group called Dragon Masters. This group is focused on childhood cancer facilitating both treatments and research. I have spent a large part of my career facilitating corporations getting actionable information from data. One of Dragon Masters initiatives is to support cancer data sharing between multiple cancer research organizations providing a richer body of input data than the individual organizations could achieve on their own. This enhances the research results. So I am running to support enhanced cancer data sharing and for my own health. Be active live longer.
