A Fun Run in Kinsley’s shoes!
Hello everyone I'm Kinsley! Let me first say, I have diabetes it doesn't have me! I am asking for your help with my fundraising campaign for Camp Seale Harris. I was diagnosed at the age of 9 and before that I never thought about what or when I was eating or how different activities could affect my blood sugar. I was so confused and clearly didn't want to be the "sick kid". That's when my Endocrinologist recommended Camp Seale Harris and all the wonderful people that would help educate me and my family on the day and life of a T1D warrior. Two years into my diagnosis I developed a love for track and field sports. I've been able to run with confidence and it' has helped with my blood sugar levels.
