Join Me In Providing Students With the Resources They Need to Succeed!

Dear Friends -

I have been supporting Mile High 360 since 2013. I have participated in events, mentored students, and I currently serve as the co-chair for the Associate Board. I have gotten so involved because MH360 delivers on its mission - ensuring that socioeconomic status does not limit a child's future - and is providing unparalleled support for its students and their families.

As we know, access to quality educational resources - from school to enrichment resources - is neither universally accessible nor equitably distributed.

The path from middle school to career and life success is filled with challenges for every student, but particularly those with the fewest resources.

This is where Mile High 360 steps in. Students join as early as 6th grade and participate in year-round programming for up to 13 consecutive years, through age 24. Each student will participate in more than 3800 hours of programming over that time period.

Mile High 360 is a comprehensive, wrap-around services program designed to provide first-generation college bound students with after-school, weekend and summer access to essential out-of-school resources in four core areas.

  1. Academic Assistance: Study skills support, tutoring, literacy enrichment, SAT prep, college visits, and an array of college preparation support;
  2. Health & Wellness Programs: Mental health support, drug and alcohol prevention, human development classes, cycling coaching, and nutritional instruction; and
  3. Life Skills Experiences: Community service, a mentor program, summer travel, a speaker series, financial health classes, internships, resume building, and job support.
  4. Mentoring: student and adult members spend an average of 40 hours per year together, exploring all that Denver has to offer, while learning about each other. These relationships offer each another perspective on the world we live in.

In addition to those four areas, Mile High 360 provides support to the parents. Working to reduce food insecurity, Mile High 360 distributes about 6000 lbs of food per month. And, our Family Liaison engages parents through social emotional programming, cooking classes, and business classes.

Mile High 360 programming complements school-based learning by providing and organizing local and regional resources to address a child’s social, emotional, and academic needs.

Please join me in supporting Mile High 360 Students! 100% of your contribution will be used to provide resources students need to be successful in school and beyond!
