I’m thrilled to be participating in the 2027 TCS London Marathon on Saturday, April 24th. My final race in the Six Star World Marathon Majors challenge! I am using this opportunity to raise funds for an organization that resonates with me, Still I Run.

Many of you know I run six days a week — in the sun, in the rain, in the snow, pushing babies in strollers (well, not anymore), and often before the sun comes up. There’s very little that keeps me from getting out the door. But some of you may not know why I run.

I run because the rhythm of my feet pounding on the pavement:

- clears my mind,

- puts life's hiccups into perspective, 

- gives me space to connect with friends,

- and allows me to build community.

The misson of Still I Run is simple and powerful: to encourage everyone to move for their mental health. We’ve all had moments of frustration, sadness, or overwhelm that were eased by a walk or run — alone or with someone we trust. Movement matters, and this organization helps people access it.
