Me, Mateah and My Inspiration!
Hello,
My name is Dominic Hugo and I am 17 years old. This is my first Disney race. My mom, Amei Prachthauser, works for Girl Power 2 Cure and I have volunteered with the company for 5 years. I have decided I would like to be more involved and become a more active volunteer!
Beautiful, strong, intelligent, and funny are all words that can be used to describe Mateah. She is 9 years old and is adored by everyone she meets.
Behind every strong Rett Girl is a family just as strong. Mateah's family consists of her loving, caring and supportive mother Shiloh, father Rob and her older sister Asyiah. They are from Casper, Wyoming.
Not only is Mateah an inspiration, but so is her family. I hope to make a difference in the lives of all affected by Rett Syndrome and their families by representing Mateah in this race and many more to come!
