Hello. Please join our team on a journey to find a cure for Ovarian Cancer. Let's raise awareness of symptoms, detection, and treatment for OC along the way. Not many people talk about their tiny eggs or how much they impact a woman's helath. I certainly never would've mentioned mine, until my journey began. 

I was 24 years old, single mom of two amazing kids, and after many months of doctor visits with general, neurological, and other kinds of doctors... I was diagnosed with stage 2a Low-Grade Epithelial Ovarian Cancer. I could not believe it. I was way too young and way too busy with my kids, house, work, school, and life. I didn't know anything about Ovarian Cancer except that by the time most are diagnosed, their chances of survival are greatly reduced. 

So there I was, on a journey that I never expected. But now I have learned I am strong, brave, and resilient. Thanks to an early detection and aggressive treatments, I am still here and my journey through life continues.
