I am one of hundreds of volunteers that step into the classroom and teach Junior Achievement each year.  I’ve proudly been a JA volunteer for nearly 13 years and I’m proud to step up my service to JA by serving as a board member.  I volunteer for Junior Achievement because I passionately believe in the mission of JA and the positive impact it has on our youth.

Why do I support JA? For me it’s the stories of students who open up Roth IRA’s in high school after participating in a JA personal finance class.  Or when I run into a student after they have participated in an entrepreneurship class, and they share because of JA they launched a business while still in high school!   

Why am I asking you to support JA? We need your investment to help JA continue to grow as we try to reach more kids in both middle and high school in the Chippewa Valley. Talking to students about personal finance, entrepreneurship, and career readiness – these are significant ways JA can help guide and provide the tools our youth need to be successful in their future. 

Our local JA has a goal to reach 16,000 students in the Chippewa Valley and surrounding area.  Your gift is an investment into the PROMISE of JA and the youth of our community!
