2024 Mountain Community JOY of Freedom Walk "Formerly the Barefoot Mile"

Formerly, the Barefoot Mile, the JOY of Freedom Walk is a walk to raise funds to celebrate the freedom and hope given to at-risk and trafficked children around the world through the work of JOY International, a non-profit organization working globally to to fight trafficking and exploitation. The JOY of Freedom Walk includes a one-mile walk and family-friendly activities to engage and educate community members of all ages!

Join the fight for freedom by registering to walk today! Registering is free and opens the door for you to raise funds for the event individually or as a team.

Marshdale General will be providing a free taco bar!

Bid at the Silent Auction in Marshdale on 8/24/24(All proceeds go to JOY International).

Feel free to bring camping chairs, sunscreen, water, and maybe an umbrella to carry to shield the sun.

Dogs are not allowed on the field. They will have to walk virtually.


