Registration for the Healthcare Provider Summit includes a light breakfast, CME credits, and a seat at the Awards Luncheon.
Healthcare Provider Summit
Join us for a morning of networking and learning with other healthcare professionals in Virginia! We will be discussing the public health landscape of breast cancer in Virginia. Across the state, we face disparities in late-stage diagnosis and gaps in data for patients of color. Summit experts will highlight breast cancer data and how this disease affects different people in different regions of Virginia. The program will include practical patient resource information for physicians and highlight programs that health systems and organizations are implementing to address barriers to patient care.
Nurses and physicians who attend can earn continuing medical education credits. The Summit has been approved for 3 Continuing Medical Education Credits (CME) through VCU Health Continuing Medical Education. Details below. A small number of scholarships are available. If cost is a barrier please get in touch with Erin Steigleder, VBCF Education Manager: erin@vbcf.org.
