Race Schedule:
The 5K and One-mile Fun Run races will start at Nemours Children’s Clinic on Children’s Way.
8:00 a.m.: Onsite Registration Opens. *If you are registering on site, please visit the Registration tent located at the entrance of the Runner’s Village. Participants will also need to pick up their race packets at the Registration tent if they have not already done so.
9:00 a.m.: 5K Start
9:45 a.m.: Stage announcements and awards ceremony.
10:00 a.m.: One-Mile Fun Run Start
11:00 a.m.: Event concludes.

Event Parking:
On race day, free participant parking will be available in the Nemours Children’s Health Parking Garage adjacent to the hospital building. If the parking garage becomes full, there will be overflow parking available at the Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center parking garage located at 1301 Palm Avenue, across from Nemours Children’s.
Packet Pick Up:
Team captains or individual runners may pick up their race packets containing race bibs, safety pins, t-shirts and kid’s capes at the following locations:

NOTE: Packets will also be available to pick up at registration on race day starting at 8:00 am, however we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to pick up your race packets beforehand at Packet Pick Up to avoid long waiting times.
5K and One-mile Fun Run Courses:
The 5K and Fun Run will kick off at the Nemours Clinic on Children’s Way. The courses will take runners, walkers, and wheelchair athletes through a scenic route along the St. Johns River and the beautiful neighborhoods of San Marco. The courses are also stroller friendly. There will be signs and volunteers throughout the course directing 5K and Fun Run participants where to go. All 5K and Fun Run finishers will receive a custom medal upon crossing the finish line! 5K Finish and Awards:
After runners cross the finish line, enjoy activities and sponsor booths in Runner’s Village! The awards ceremony for the 5K will take place on the stage at 9:45 a.m.

Runners Village Activities and Pictures:
Even if you are not a runner, bring the entire family out for an exciting morning full of activities in our Runner’s Village! Activities are open throughout the morning between 8:00am-11:00am.
Enjoy a variety of sponsor and vendor booths. Be sure to stop by the Nemours Children’s Health tent for hospital information and fun giveaways. There will be exciting activities for children including face painting, balloon animals, mascots, games and more! The Nemours Animal Assisted Therapy team will be on site. And don’t forget to get your team picture taken at the selfie station next to the stage before the race starts!

Funds raised will benefit the Nemours Children’s Compassionate Care Fund, which restores the health of critically ill and injured children wherever the need is greatest.
