Swan Before the Storm

Thank you for visiting our “Swan Before the Storm” team fundraising page! This year, we are working alongside some SWANsational Polk leaders in an effort to raise awareness for Lakeland Volunteers in Medicine. LVIM is an extraordinary, volunteer-run health care center that has been providing free high-quality medical care to the working uninsured of Polk County for over 20 years!!! For every $1 invested, LVIM is able to provide more than $5 in health care services.

These generous donations have allowed LVIM to:

Care for more than 28,000 patients
Fill nearly 450,000 prescriptions, and
Provide over 6,000 mammograms
