Support me in The Washburn Games

I'll have a blast while I help my peers have happier, healthier childhoods!

Help Me Raise Money For a Great Cause!

My name is Stephanie and in the Spring of 2017 I was diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety. I was struggling dealing with my feelings and emotions and my parents with suggestion of my doctor turned to Washburn Center for Children. At Washburn Center I received counseling weekly to help me learn how to deal with my emotions and feelings. I learned many coping skills during my year at Washburn Center. I have now officially completed my counseling sessions and now only need to attend when I feel the need to talk to someone.  I love Washburn Center and always looked forward to attending my sessions. I want other kids to be able to have the same resources I have had. Please help me donate as I compete in the Washburn Games on September 23rd.

How will the money I raise make a difference?

Your donation supports Washburn Center for Children - a 135-year-old nonprofit helping children who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression or behavioral problems.

A parent or teacher wouldn’t think twice about getting help for a child suffering from a physical injury. Washburn Center for Children ensures caregivers also have a resource to help kids who are hurting on the inside - because children’s mental health is as important as their physical health.
