My identical twin nephews, Liam and Sean, were born 15 weeks prematurely.  Weighing a little over 1 pound each, they were tiny and needed a lot of care.  Sadly, it was too early for Liam and he passed away while holding his brother's hand.  We still think of him every day!  After staying at Children's Hospital in Minneapolis for 4 months, Sean was able to come home.  He now weighs 10x his birth weight and is a happy, handsome little man.  My family is excited to support the organization that took such great care of my nephews and their mom.  We hope you will join in our efforts and support them too!  Thank you!
