Congenital Heart Defects affect 1 in 100 babies. As many of you know we have two "1 in 100" kiddos and Lauren is also "1 in 100". Caiden and Cameron were both diagnosed early in life with several CHD's and have both undergone open-heart surgeries to repair their defects; with Cameron continuing to be seen for additional repairs.
The amazing cardiovascular staff at Children's have made a tremendous impact in our lives and we do this walk (formerly the HeartBeat 5000) each year to show our support for the program.
