Welcome to Team Sophie - As most of you know Sophie has "corrected transposition of the great arteries". She underwent a double switch almost 5 years ago (June). Sophie is doing great and we are very fortunate. She sends her pacemaker information to the clinic every 3 months and is seen in the office by the fabulous Dr. Han every six months to monitor

Since, the date of the walk has changed to June 9th, we are unable to create a team and walk that day. However, this event is very near and dear to our family and we would love for you to support our fundraising efforts!
