I’m going to be participating in Care Dimensions 39th Annual Walk for Hospice!

In the early months of 2025 the Care Demensions team helped me take fantastic care of my late father during his battle with congestive heart failure. They offered us both so much love, care, and support in so many ways and I cannot thank them or do enough for them for what they did for me and my family.

I am walking for my dad, the Care Demensions team, and everyone in their care.
