I’m thrilled to be participating in Care Dimensions 39th Annual Walk for Hospice, a fundraiser supporting Care Dimensions!

Team Kyle walks to help raise awareness, community support, and funds for an organization that became like family to us when my son, Kyle, was diagnosed with childhood cancer. He was cared for with such love and dignity. The relationships he developed with his nurse, social worker, chaplain, nurse practitioner, doctor, music therapist, and child life specialist were priceless and touched the core of Kyle's spirit. Through such sad and trying moments, Care Dimensions helped us all focus on the moment, on the joy of the memories we were creating. I heard so much laughter, real belly laughter, coming from Kyle during his time with his Care Dimensions family. And when he was hurting, they were right there for him, to help, to ease his pain both emotionally and physically. Care Dimensions guided our whole family through the most painful time in our lives. We walk in honor of Kyle, and all the other angels, to help support an organization that continues to provide unsurpassed dignity, compassion, and love to our community.
