I am walking in memory of my late husband, Bert Malatesta, who passed away on October 19, 2025. Bert and I were married for nearly forty years, and he was my soulmate. care Dimension, and the Kaplan Family Hospice House took phenomenal care of Bert and me at the end of his journey. I had been his caretaker for many years, but in his last days, I was able to just be his wife, hold his hand, and love him, while the wonderful staff tended to his medical needs. He died peacefully listening to Bach, on a beautiful sunny day. He was and is beloved by his family and friends, and we will walk in his memory, and to honor the impact he had on our lives.
