I’m thrilled to be participating in Care Dimensions 39th Annual Walk for Hospice, a fundraiser supporting Care Dimensions!

Care Dimensions has been providing wonderful hospice care to my mother and they have been with us in the passing of several of our loved family members who I walk in memory of.  The care they provide is essential and this is a small way that I can try and give back.
