We're raising money for Care Dimensions!
We're excited to come together to participate in Care Dimensions 39th Annual Walk for Hospice, a fundraiser supporting Care Dimensions.
The funds raised in the Walk for Hospice safeguard Care Dimensions ability to offer vital services including complementary therapy such as music, pet, Reiki and massage, grief support,community education, volunteer program and a family fund to help with urgent, non-medical needs.
