Cricket was fearfully and wonderfully made to be the sweet, loving, musical, determined, and delightfully spicy little girl she is today. Her family couldn’t be more proud of everything she has overcome. She has already inspired countless people, and we know God has incredible plans for her life.
When Cricket was just a few months old, she stopped meeting developmental milestones and was hospitalized for failure to thrive. During that difficult season, she received her first feeding tube and was eventually diagnosed with the rare genetic condition FOXG1 syndrome.
Today, Cricket lives with epilepsy, which puts her at risk for life-threatening seizures. She also faces daily challenges from severe reflux, low muscle tone, and feeding tube dependence, making even ordinary activities more dangerous than most people realize.
The risks don’t end when she falls asleep.
Cricket needs a guardian by her side.
A professionally trained service dog could alert our family to medical emergencies, provide support during seizures, offer stability as she grows, and give Cricket greater independence and confidence. Beyond the medical benefits, a service dog would be a constant companion—bringing comfort, unconditional love, and helping bridge the gap between disability and friendship by inviting conversations and connections wherever she goes.
We’re raising funds for Cricket’s future 4 Paws for Ability service dog, who will become both her protector and her very best friend.
Every donation, every share, and every prayer brings Cricket one step closer to gaining the life-changing support she deserves.
Thank you for being part of her journey.
