This event promises a fun-filled day for the whole family, with the GFG Solutions Sprout Sprint 4K run through scenic trails and the 4Roots Farm Campus, starting and ending at The Grove Park, followed by the 4Roots Harvest Festival. Family-friendly costumes are welcome!
Enjoy a variety of activities, including live music provided by WholeLife Church, a community resource area hosted by Light Orlando, a Health and Wellness area hosted by AdventHealth University, sponsor and vendor booths, a silent auction, and the Packing District Farmers Market with local artisans.
For kids, we will have a pumpkin patch, a costume contest, a Lil' Sprout Kids Run, and a Kids Zone with lots of fun activities and games.
Join us to celebrate the beauty of the season and bring the community together to build solutions for a better food future and encourage each other to improve our physical health through exercise.
