2023 STARS Gala Auction

Join us for an evening of fun and fellowship with a little friendly competition all in support of our school! Funds raised will support tuition assistance to make an Aquinas education accessible to all families. This year's Auction will take place at Old Hickory Golf Club and offers two ticket choices along with the option to purchase a full table. All tickets include a buffet dinner, dessert, and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages (soda and tea, sweet or unsweet tea) along with an evening coffee bar.

Our Gala Auction takes place on the Feast of St. Catherine of Siena. In recognition of this, we are asking attendees to dress in black and white business cocktail attire.

Schedule of Events

6 PM: Doors open, check in and pick up your program and your bidder number

6 - 7 PM: Social hour with hors d'oeuvres, enjoy food and drink while listening to live music. Be sure to browse the silent auction items on display and explore the beautiful venue.

7 PM: Opening remarks, the dinner buffet opens

8:15 PM: The Online Silent Auction closes 

8:30 PM: The Live Auction begins, get ready for fast paced bidding with our professional team from Damewood Auctioneers.

9:15 PM: Relax over dessert and coffee while listening to live music.

10 PM: Closing remarks.
