? Sophie Has a BIG Heart for Rides & Strides! ?

Hi everyone! It’s me, Sophie! ??

I may have four little paws, a wagging tail, and an important job as a therapy dog, but I also have a BIG heart for helping people!

I’m proud to be part of Rides & Strides, which raises money and awareness for The Breast Center at Montefiore Nyack Hospital. The funds help provide important mammograms and breast cancer screenings for people in our community who might otherwise not be able to afford them.

I’ve spent many years visiting patients in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, and other facilities, and I’ve learned that sometimes a little love, a wagging tail, and a friendly face can make a really big difference. ❤️

And this year, I made my own $100 donation! ??

Now, let me tell you something...

Do you know how many toys I could have bought with $100?! ???️

A LOT!!! ?

But I decided that instead of buying myself more toys, I wanted to use that $100 to help someone else.

Because toys are fun... but helping save a life is so much more important. ?
