I’m thrilled to be participating in Care Dimensions 38th Annual Walk for Hospice, a fundraiser supporting Care Dimensions, Inc.!  The experts at Care Dimensions provide skilled and compassionate care when facing an advanced or end-of-life illness. The Care Dimensions clinical teams consider every facet of a patient’s life and bring a holistic perspective to the care they give. Each patient is viewed as a whole person with physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs. Patients and their loved ones can find comfort and relief in Care Dimensions' integrative and individualized approach.
