I’m thrilled to be participating in Care Dimensions 38th Annual Walk for Hospice, a fundraiser supporting Care Dimensions, Inc.! I’m passionate about this cause and need your help! My sister, Maureen, was lucky enough to spend her final days as this beautiful facility. It was welcoming, calm and peaceful and the staff was amazing.
