I’m thrilled to be participating in Care Dimensions 38th Annual Walk for Hospice, a fundraiser supporting Care Dimensions, Inc.! After a long health battle, my beautiful Mammy spent her final days in hospice care with Care Dimensions and recieved impeccable care. This walk means so much to me and my family and serves as a way for us to remember a woman who impacted all of our lives in such a positive way.
